The platform was brought to life by a team of seasoned technology professionals who deeply understand this space, drawing on expertise from partners including IBM, Salary.com, and Indeed, among others. From candidate attraction through final selection, every workflow was designed to hold up to scrutiny, scale without chaos, and treat people right along the way.
Melissa Foiles approaches talent acquisition the way a builder approaches a structure: with the foundation first. Holding three master's degrees, a paralegal certificate, and a certificate from Harvard Business School, she brings academic depth to every platform decision, consulting engagement, and client conversation.
Her work in HR and hiring spans the full spectrum of the talent lifecycle. Over more than 15 years, she developed a reputation for getting it right. That includes founding and operating consumer reporting agencies, working inside some of the largest CRAs in the country, and serving clients across industries who needed compliance rigor translated into operational reality. Today she serves as a PBSA Board Director and holds an Advanced FCRA Certificate from PBSA, recognitions that reflect her standing as a trusted voice on the legal and ethical dimensions of hiring.
